We’ve got some shiny new hardware to add to our collection: Paramour Aperitifs has been awarded the Silver Medal with 93 points for our Elderflower Aperitif Liqueur at the 2025 New York International Spirits Competition (NYISC)! This prestigious recognition further validates our commitment to crafting exceptional spirits that push the boundaries of flavor and quality.

The NYISC is renowned for being the only spirits competition where all judges are real trade buyers and professionals who know the industry inside and out. This year, over 1,400 spirits from 39 countries and 34 U.S. states were submitted, and our Elderflower Aperitif Liqueur stood out among a field of incredibly talented competitors.

Raquel Tavares, founder of Paramour Aperitifs, shared her excitement: “Receiving the Silver Medal at the New York International Spirits Competition is such an incredible honor. The NYISC has always been a benchmark for excellence in the spirits world, and we’re grateful to be recognized by such a distinguished panel of trade professionals. This award is a testament to our dedication to creating high-quality, forward-thinking aperitifs that offer something fresh for today’s conscious imbiber.”

Our Elderflower Aperitif Liqueur is celebrated for its delicate blend of elderflower blossoms, floral notes of honeysuckle and pear, and subtle citrus undertones. At 60 calories per serving and with no artificial flavors, colors, or additives, it’s a guilt-free indulgence that stands out in the aperitif category. Ready to try it for yourself?
