On June 11th, Paramour proudly premiered three exclusive flavors—Cara Cara Orange, Lavender-Yuzu, and Elderflower—at one of the most prestigious events in the spirits world. Founded by Raquel Tavares, the founder behind the renowned ghee brand Fourth & Heart, Paramour was born out of a passion for crafting modern, low-calorie, and high-quality spirits. Raquel’s journey to Paramour began during a summer spent studying French in Paris in 2022, where she fell in love with the romance and mysticism surrounding aperitif culture.
“I have a passion for ancient, classic ingredients and love studying their rich history and how they’ve stood the test of time,” Raquel explained. “Spirits and the aperitif tradition have a delicious history, and after spending a summer in France, I knew I wanted to create a lighter, more accessible version of the classic spritz—something that would appeal to a broader community of imbibers seeking less sugar and additives.”
